Mr Michael Parnis

Director

Michael Parnis is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with a BSc in HR from the University of Leicester and extensive experience in the utilities industry. A former trade union leader, he has deep expertise in industrial relations and human resource management, particularly in research, employee relations, customer service, and interviewing skills. Throughout his career, Mr. Parnis has served on several boards, including the Industrial and Employment Relations Board (IERA), the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development (MCESD), and the National Employment Authority (NEA). From 2004 to 2014, he represented Maltese workers on the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels.

As the Deputy General Secretary of Malta’s largest trade union, he was responsible for International Relations and Education for 14 years. Currently, Mr. Parnis works as a Policy Consultant with the Ministry for Transport, where he continues to contribute his expertise in shaping labour and employment policies.
