- The Application Fee includes 10 hours of due diligence, training on the Prospects Rules and advisory support
- Additional support from MSE on the Application above the 10 man hours will be charged at an hourly rate of €100/hour

€1,000 per mandate, minimum €1,000
- The Initial Fee is payable on approval of the application and thereafter an Annual Fee is payable at the calendar year end and calculated on the number of mandates as at that date.
- the Initial Fee is charged on a pro rata basis in the year of the application, based on the number of part and whole months remaining until the calendar year end (i.e. till 31 December).
- Thereafter,the Annual Fee is payable in advance at the start of each calendar year.
